DEGRASSI HIGH IS IN THE HOUSE!
Local Windsorite Dan Woods to lead the Degrassi High Tour to The Colosseum.
Windsor, ON. Windsor ComiCon is pleased to welcome Degrassi legends and Canadian Actors Dan Woods, Pat Mastroianni and Stacie Mistysyn to the show’s guest line-up for 2018…plus its first-ever cast!
Known to fans as Mr. Raditch through the iconic Degrassi series including Degrassi Junior High, Degrassi High and Degrassi: The Next Generation, local Windsorite Dan Woods would become a key ingredient in the shows’ formula for success. Woods would go on to the host of the popular automotive “how-to” series Chop Cut Rebuild, which aired in over 30 countries and continues to be televised on MAVTV. He is also an actor, writer, TV producer and feature film producer.
Wearing his trademark fedora while charming his way into the hearts of Degrassi fans everywhere, Joey Jeremiah (portrayed by Pat Mastroianni) made his first appearance on Degrassi Junior High. He would then go on to Degrassi High and Degrassi: The Next Generation as the series’ most prominent and recurring character. Joey’s on/off relationship with Canada’s sweetheart Caitlin Ryan (portrayed by Stacie Mistysyn) culminated in the unforgettable 2 hour Degrassi series finale School’s Out. Stacie’s involvement with the Degrassi franchise started all the way back to The Kids of Degrassi Street. Her character Caitlyn would go on to become one of the most popular characters of the Degrassi series through Degrassi Junior High, Degrassi High and Degrassi: The Next Generation.
All three characters will be appearing on both days of the show (September 29-30, 2018) with a live panel discussion on September 29th respectively.
